participated in the joint conference entitled &#8220;Exploring new research challenges and collaborations in AI, BD, HCI and IoT technologies&#8221; held by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and the European Research Consortium ERCIM &#8211; European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics, in Kyoto, Japan.<br>The joint meeting began with presentations on the theme &#8220;Infrastructure and Resilience of Services for the Smart Society&#8221;.\u00a0In this session, Aris Lalos shared personal experiences in applying federated learning research to improving situational awareness in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/horizon-trustee\/\">TRUSTEE<\/a> automotive pilot studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
